You will need to have your exact StarBand Member Name in order to sign in to your account. Your StarBand Member Name is the first part of your primary StarBand e-mail address. For example, if your StarBand e-mail address is name@starband.net, your StarBand Member Name is name. Remember: StarBand Small Office customers with premium e-mail need to enter their domain name too. StarBand Member Names usually do not contain spaces or special characters. The only special characters accepted are dash, underscore (like person_98), and period.
