Attention StarBand Customers:

Conversion of Reinstated StarBand Customers from Paper to Debit/Credit Card Billing

Spacenet Inc. has issued the following policy statement regarding the reinstatement of StarBand customers from inactive to active status. This policy addresses customers who have had their service disconnected for non-payment of monthly service fees, or for any other reason stipulated in the StarBand Satellite Internet Service Member Agreement. As part of the customer’s reinstatement from inactive to active status, their account will be converted from payment via monthly paper bills to payment via monthly Debit/Credit Cards. Only Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Debit/Credit Cards will be accepted for payment. This new Spacenet policy becomes effective April 1, 2008.
